Why birth with a midwife?
Nebraska Friends of Midwives is a consumer-based organization that seeks to raise public awareness of the benefits of midwifery. We work to facilitate changes in Nebraska law to expand access to qualified midwives in hospitals, birth centers, and homes. We support the right of families to make educated decisions about where and with whom they give birth.
